Environmental Risk Management, Inc. (EnRisk) began as Petroleum Solutions Environmental, Inc. (PSEI) when Scott Boyd joined Tommy and Mark Barron at their office in McAllen. As PSEI's business grew and began to encompass more than leaking petroleum storage tank projects te company name was changed to better reflect the broad scope of services offered by EnRisk. ENRISK moved to their new offices in October 2009.
